Fun and festive Jello cups topped with whipped cream and my favorite Chocolate Covered Strawberries. It is all about family, friends, fun… and don’t forget ROMANCE!

Serves: 10-12
Ingredients:
(2) 6 oz. packages strawberry Jell-O (or your favorite generic brand)
1/2 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 package unflavored gelatin
Water

Directions:
In a small bowl combine one pack of Strawberry Jell-O and 1.5 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in 1.5 cups cold water. Pour evenly into cups and place in fridge for about 30-40 minutes or until set.

While the first layer is cooling, mix 1/2 cup boiling water with 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In small bowl combine 1 pack of unflavored gelatin and 1/3 cup of cold water, mix well and set aside for 2-3 minutes.  Gelatin should absorb the water and become grainy. Then add 1/3 cup of boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the gelatin mixture into the sweetened condensed milk mixture and mix well. Set aside so it’ll become to room temperature.

Take out the cups from refrigerator and carefully evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the Strawberry Jell-O layer and return the cups to the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.

While our second layer (sweetened condensed milk mixture) is setting in refrigerator, repeat the first step again; in a small bowl combine one pack of Strawberry Jell-O and 1.5 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in 1.5 cups cold water. Set aside and allow to come to room temperature. Pour evenly into cups over sweetened condensed milk mixture and place in fridge for about 30 minutes or until set.
Decorate top as desired. I topped with whipped cream, Chocolate Covered Strawberries and mint. You can also serve with fresh berries, chocolate sauce or simply with no toppings.

Enjoy!
