Creamy mixture of cream cheese and sour cream, fresh dill- topped with thin slices of radish and caviar give these appetizers a distinct flavor.
Ingredients:
Crackers (your favorite) or Dark Rye bread
3-4 Radishes – thinly sliced
1 small cucumber -Slice into 1/4-inch half rounds,
2 Tbsp. Sour cream
2 Tbsp. Sour cream
4oz. Cream cheese
1Tbsp. fresh dill finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper-to taste
fresh dill sprigs
5-6 Tbsp. Salmon Caviar
1Tbsp. fresh dill finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper-to taste
fresh dill sprigs
5-6 Tbsp. Salmon Caviar
Direction:
In a mixer bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, fresh chopped dill and pepper mix them well until smooth texture.
Arrange crackers or bread on a serving tray. Pipe or spread each cracker with cream cheese mixture. Top with a spoonful of Red Caviar, one slice radish and cucumber and sprig of dill. Serve.
